These terms govern the use of the Bajoo website at bajoobajoo.com (the "Service").

The Service is owned and operated by Bajoo (the "Operator").

Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

• User - a natural person aged 18 or older who has created an account in the Service.
• Child - a minor (0-10 years old) whose profile has been created in the Service by a User.
• Story - content generated by the Service using artificial intelligence based on parameters provided by the User.
• Account - the User's individual, password-protected account in the Service.

The User commits to:

• Providing truthful data on registration.
• Not sharing their account with third parties.
• Using the Service for its intended purpose.
• Not attempting to bypass content moderation safeguards.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend the account of a User who breaches these terms.

Stories are generated automatically using artificial intelligence models. Each story passes through a multi-layer moderation system designed to keep content safe for children.

The Operator makes every effort to produce content suitable for the age group indicated, but does not guarantee that every generated piece will fully match the User's expectations.

The User retains the right to use generated stories for personal use.

The Operator is not liable for interruptions to the Service caused by technical reasons, maintenance or force majeure.

The User uses the Service at their own risk. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of using generated content.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email or via the Service with at least 14 days' notice.
